Thermography Analysis

Thermography analysis is a technique that uses an infrared imaging and measurement camera to "see" and "measure" invisible infrared energy being emitted from an object. Even cold objects such as ice cubes, emit infrared radiation. The higher the temperature of the object, the greater the infrared radiation emitted. The Infrared camera allows us to see what our eyes cannot! Our Thermography study can effectively use in Air Leakage Testing, Electrical Inspections, Moisture Inspection, Plumbing Leaks, Condition Monitoring Inspections, Electric Motors, Bearings, Gears, Couplings, Pumps, Compressors, Thermal Systems

Water Audit and Air Audit

Water has become a precious resource and can no more be misused. Water Audit study is a qualitative and quantitative analysis of water consumption to identify means of recycling water. This study includes segregation of effluent streams and schemes for effectively treating them and recycling. This study will help effective utilization of pumping systems, rain water harvesting, water recharging, water treatment etc. Compressed air is a costly commodity in any industry. Air audit is a performance evaluation of compressed air distribution and it effective end use.

We help monitoring both electrical and thermal energy. Biomass Based Energy Projects

We in association with IRTC,(Integrated Rural Technology Centre) an empanelled implementation agency for Government of Kerala for implementing renewable and energy efficiency projects. We got extensive training from the Indian Institute of Science, (IISc), Bangalore in Bio energy technologies. Based on that we delivers technical services to dedicated bio energy plants, small and medium scale industries, self-government institutions etc. on renewable energy technologies.

Small and Micro Hydel Projects

We provide consultancy and implementation services for Small and Micro Hydel projects. The services Includes site identification, feasibility study, and project implementation. We have already installed 20 kW capacity at various locations, and our first project is running for last 10 years without any problem and supply electricity to the remote area. Our team provides cost effective solutions for implementing micro Hydel projects. We have completed pre-feasibility study of 109 sites in Kerala for assessing the potential of Small/ Mini/Micro and Pico Hydel projects.

Solar Power Plants

We provide consultancy and implementation services for Solar Power Plants (Grid connected and off grid). The services Includes site identification, feasibility study, and project implementation etc. A 2 kVA grid interactive solar power station is implemented at Integrated Rural Technology Centre (IRTC) Palakkad.
